Fredensborg Holiday Homes
Four new holiday homes were completed in July 2000.
Two of them have an area of 125 square metres in two levels.
The other two are 90 square metres also in two levels.
The fifth was completed in 2003 and have an area of 125 square metres.
House A and B can accomodate five persons. House C, D and E can accomodate seven.
In 2004 we built 5 lodges who each can accomodate 4 persons.
The houses are fitted with the neccessary conveniences to spend a comfortable weekend or longer with family or friends.
They are tastefully furnished and have kitchens with fridge, freezer and dishwashing machine (and access to laundry facilities).
There are delightful bathrooms. Furthermore, there is TV and central heating to keep you warm even in the coldest winter. There is also garden furniture on the terraces.
The houses are situated right on the banks of our "put & take" lake and newly established and very popular trout stream. (The only one in Denmark.)
The environment around Fredensborg is scenic, tranquil and well-suited for families with children. We are in the process of planning a childrens playground.
There are two large grill placed directly on the bank of the lake. Or you can use the grill on the terrace at the house.
We have a shop selling fishing gear, fast food, beer/beverages etc. The shop is open every day from 7 AM till sundown.
The city of Fredensborg is app. 1 km from the holiday houses. Shopping in Fredensborg includes 3 supermarkets, 3 banks, bakers, restaurants, postoffice etc.
We have a good contact with a number of tourist informations which means we can suggest various sights and excursions.
Distances: Copenhagen 35 minutes, Helsinore 10 minutes, Hillerød 10 minutes and Helsingborg in Sweden 35 minutes.
